What is the best color combination?
Keep in mind the color of the item and how it contrasts with the imprint color. For example, we sometimes receive a request of printing a black item with red imprint. This combination offers the least contrast, but if we switch this to a red item with a black imprint and will result in a more legible message. How long does it take to receive my custom order?
Each custom order takes approximately 5 business days for production, except for golf balls, which take on average 7-10 business days. We then ship via ground shipping, which typically takes 3-5 business days depending on the location.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free ground shipping with $75 purchase. For orders below $75, there is a $10 flat rate ground shipping charge.
Can I get my order sooner?
We have two expedited shipping options: $15 3-day shipping or $50 rush shipping. Rush shipping includes a rush lead time of 3 business days and overnight shipping (4 total business days). Unfortunately we cannot rush production on personalized golf balls.
Do you offer a multi-color imprinted tee selection?
We offer 1 or 2 color imprint on any white or natural tee. 1 color is the default unless 2 color is selected upon placing your order.
Do you offer a cup imprinted tee selection?
We do not currently offer a cup imprinted tee.
Which direction will my custom tee imprint be printed?
Tees are printed from tip to cup by default unless it is noted otherwise on your order.
My logo has a white background. Will that show up?
No, a white background will not be printed on the product.
How do larger logos and multiple lines of imprint fit on the tee shank?
Tees with multiple lines of imprint and larger logos will wrap around the shank of the tee. The artwork will be resized appropriately to best maximize the imprint area without overlapping the imprint.
How do I submit my logo for imprinting?
When you select an item, you'll have the option of using text and logo options. For logo imprint, simply click the "browse" button and upload your logo. For tips and requirements on file formats, please visit our Artwork Preparation Guide.
What are the imprint areas?
Tee length: 2-1/8” - 1” x 1/2” imprint area
Tee length: 2-3/4” - 1-1/2” x 1/2” imprint area
Tee length: 3-1/4” - 1-5/8” x 1/2” imprint area

Do you offer a proof prior to printing?
We can provide a virtual proof prior to production, however, it will delay the order pending your approval.
Do we charge sales tax?
Currently, we collect sales tax in states we're currently required to. If you have tax-exempt status, please contact us and we'll refund the sales tax charged by providing necessary tax ID information. Unfortunately, our check-out process currently does not provide this capability, we need to verify the exempt status.
Can I get a refund?
We can only accept returns for unused or unopened products returned within 30 days of the order. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs to return the products to golftees.com. Customer must attach Return Material Authorization (RMA) number that will be provided by our customer service team. Returns are only made in the form of payment which the customer used to purchase the product.
Customized products are non-refundable, as they are unique to each order. We do not approve any customer proofs. If you received an incorrect product or golftees.com has made a mistake, we will ship out free replacements for the inconvenience.
What if my completed order contains an error?
When submitting information for customization, please be very careful to inspect your entry and order confirmation to ensure correct spelling and desired message. Occasionally we notice errors in copy submission and have contacted customers to make necessary changes. Unfortunately, we’re unable to catch every mistake. Errors resulting from customer submissions on imprinted items unfortunately cannot be refunded.
In the event our staff makes an error, we will gladly re-print the items at no cost to you. A call tag will be sent to return the incorrect product, or we may ask or suggest that you donate the items to a local school or organization that can make use of the items.
